Dr. Kathy & Brian Visit Sheridan High!

On Thursday October 20th, Dr. Kathy Cantwell & Brian Dement paid a visit to Sheridan High School to work with the football team! Dr. Kathy taught the players about the benefits of stretching to run faster, jump higher and prevent injuries. Brian helped the players keep their heads in the game and taught the players about the importance of working as a team.
